Nation3 Labs is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

3. Intellectual Property

3.3 User-Generated Content: If you submit content (e.g., prompts, designs, or feedback) to our Services, you grant Nation3 Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute such content to provide and improve our Services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
4. Payments and Fees
4.1 Pricing: Fees for our Services, including subscriptions or one-time purchases, will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law, including California’s consumer protection laws.
4.2 Payment Terms: You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Services until payment is received.
5. Termination
5.1 By You: You may stop using our Services at any time. If you are a California resident, you may also exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA (see Privacy Policy, Section 6).
5.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected illegal activity.
5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and any licenses granted under these Terms are revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, liability) will remain in effect.

AI Disclaimer: As noted in Section 2.2, we are not liable for errors or issues caused by AI-generated outputs.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nation3 Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8.2 Disputes: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. California residents may also have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
